Event pricing
  • € 250,- plus VAT package (conference + Ceremony Award incl. dinner)
  • € 150,- plus VAT conference
  • € 150,- plus VAT Ceremony Award incl. dinner

Cancellations must be notified 14 days before the beginning of the event (administrative charges: € 50,- plus VAT). In case of a later cancellation up to a week prior to the event, half the fee, afterwards and in case of non-appearance the full fee will be charged. Replacement participants may be be designated.

Payment conditions

Participants from all countries have the possibility to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Participants from Germany, Austria and Switzerland can also pay by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation conditions

Registrations may be cancelled up to 14 days before the start of the event, but a processing fee of € 50,- will be charged. If attendance is cancelled between 14 and 7 days before the start of the event, half the fee will be charged, after that and in the case of non-attendance, the full fee will be charged. If a paying replacement is found, the registration details will be changed without charge. Payment of the participation fee must be made before the beginning of the event. Subject to programme alterations.

A limited number of rooms in various price categories is available to the
participants.
